A Corsican-style folding knife in carbon steel, the blade still showing the hammer marks, just as it came off the anvil. The ram-horn handle is shaped and hardened by hand; the blade locks with a dry click. A pocket knife that gains its own patina with every year.

Care
After use, wipe by hand, wash and dry immediately; never in the dishwasher. Before storing, rub in a thin film of mineral oil or camellia oil: it protects blade and handle and keeps olive wood and horn from drying out. Cut on wood or plastic, not on ceramic or stone. The patina that forms over time is normal and gives extra protection against rust.
